Epernay commune's vineyards are strategically situated on the western and eastern hills, heavily planted with Chardonnay. The Champagne terroir is characterized by its unique features - a northerly latitude and a climate that is influenced by both oceanic and continental forces. Additionally, the dominant limestone subsoil provides natural hydration to the vines all year long. The gently undulating to moderately steep terrain of Champagne creates exceptional vineyard sites, offering ideal exposure to the sun and effective drainage. This exquisite blend boasts a composition of 45% Pinot Noir from Côte des Bar, 30% Pinot Meunier from Marne Valley, and 25% Chardonnay from Sézannais.
