The wine is an aromatic delight, bursting with flavors of luscious honeydew, juicy white peach, vibrant strawberry compote, and zesty pink grapefruit, all layered with a touch of minerality and a beautifully lingering finish.

Crafted from an original blend of two native Sicilian red grape varieties, Nerello Mascalese (from the volcanic soils of Mount Etna, contributing minerality and floral notes) and Nocera (from Donnafugata's Contessa Entellina estate, providing a captivating fruity component), it's a testament to Sicilian viticulture.

It is an excellent choice as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with raw fish, vegetarian dishes, and delicate meats. Serve it chilled, ideally between 10-12°C (50-53°F). "Wonderfully spicy, Rosa is a pretty pale pink color with a bouquet of lime-infused green apples and hints of confectionery spice. It opens with a pretty inner sweetness that gives way to vivid white pear and zests of orange. A core of vibrant acidity maintains fantastic energy within.
