Cardinale 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaker Christopher Carpenter crafts one Cardinale Cabernet Sauvignon each year, drawing on a selection of the most prestigious mountain and bench land vineyards to create a composition that embodies Napa Valley at its best. With every vintage, Christopher meticulously selects each component of Cardinale through a series of blending sessions until he is overwhelmingly convinced he has blended the finest wine achievable of that vintage.

The 2021 vintage tells a rich tale of pleasantly temperate weather, limited but exceptional harvests, and the heritage of 14 distinct vineyards. Its character is shaped by vivid fruit flavors highlighting blueberry and cassis, complemented by notes of dark chocolate espresso, Asian spices, and a touch of graphite.This Red Wine has a Cork closure. Alcohol Content: 14.5% Pair with grilled ribeye, rack of lamb and osso bucco.
