Sullenger, the 30-acre property boasts clay loam soil exclusively planted with Cabernet Sauvignon. With 2 rootstocks and a variety of clones, each contributing a distinctive touch to the wine, the 2021 John C. Sullenger Cabernet Sauvignon delights with its alluring aromas of red plum and raspberry, accented by subtle spice and earthy undertones. Robust Oakville tannins provide a solid foundation for the luscious round palate, while hints of toasted oak and spice elevate the lingering, seductive finish.
