About This Wine

Hailing from Rutherford in Napa Valley, Quilt is the brainchild of renowned winemaker Joseph Wagner, crafting wines centered on Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. This Cab Sav blends grapes from top Napa vineyards on the valley floor and nearby hills. Expect a playful mix of cassis, hazelnut, cocoa, blackberry jam, and smoky char, with hints of dark licorice, stewed rhubarb, strawberry, spice, and vanilla. On the palate, it’s a rich, fun ride featuring chocolate brownie, yogurt, and molasses flavors perfectly balanced with bright fruit notes. Our top-selling California Cabernet since day one!

This meticulous selection process ensures that only the finest fruit is chosen to create this exceptional wine.

The wine undergoes aging in a combination of French and American oak barrels, carefully calibrated to enhance the wine's structure and complexity. The result is a wine that beautifully marries the richness of the fruit with the elegance of oak aging, achieving a balance that is both bold and refined.
