About This Wine
This Sauvignon Blanc from Infamous Goose displays a pale lime to straw color. The nose offers notes of kaffir lime, passionfruit, and lemon zest, while the palate boasts concentrated citrus and tropical fruit flavors with an invigorating acidity. Sourced from Marlborough's Wairau River Valley, the grapes are grown in low-fertility soil which results in lush and aromatic fruit. After being picked at peak ripeness, the grapes undergo cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks and age for four months on lees for added body and complexity before being blended, fined, filtered, and bottled.
