Lots of attractive citrus and dried herbs, as well as honeysuckle. Medium-bodied with some handy depth and polish to the bubbles. Plenty of attractive, yeasty flavors. The focused acidity provides some minerality, too. Drink now. - JS

This vintage sparkling wine from D.O. Classic Penedes is clean, intense and aromatic. Notes of mature white fruit, pear, peach and candied ginger have developed with aging. “Brut nature” is bone dry with a refreshingly long finish with fine bubbles.
