The 2021 Jayson Red Wine is crafted with our mountain-grown Merlot at its heart, resulting in a luscious and robust flavor. With expressive notes of crushed black cherry, mushroom, and leather, combined with hints of mocha and toasty spice, the palate is ripe and focused. The mid-palate offers a plush and satisfying experience, thanks to the silky tannins that guide the layers of flavors through a long, pure finish. This exceptional blend is made up of 76% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Malbec, 4% Petit Verdot, and 1% Cabernet Franc and is the work of renowned winemaker Katie Vogt.
