Free shipping includes ground service which is 1 to 5 business days. There is a $5.99 fee for the adult signature requirement on wine sales. Adult signature verification guarantees that your wine purchase reaches of-age recipients. If shipping to a senior living or retirement community, be sure to include the name of the community as part of the address. For bottles of wine priced under $20, we reserve the right to substitute the wine with a comparable vintage without delaying the fulfillment of your order. Any substitution will only be made with a vintage from the same wine. There is a 5% restocking fee on cancelled orders and no cancellations when orders have shipped.
