Crafted from our Napa and Sonoma estate fruit, this inaugural Sauvignon Blanc is bright, fresh, and expressive, with tropical aromatics, citrus blossom, lemon zest, and white peach lifted by lively acidity. Made for summer tables, long weekends, and meaningful moments worth marking together. 

The 2025 vintage in Napa and Sonoma Counties was marked by moderate temperatures and an absence of heat spikes. Winter rains were followed by a dry, cool spring, with steady conditions supporting healthy canopy development and even ripening. Harvest began on August 20 in Calistoga and concluded on September 23 at the coastally influenced Merino Vineyard in the Russian River Valley, allowing for full flavor development and vibrant fruit intensity.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, the 2025 Silver Oak Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic and layered, with notes of pineapple, lychee, kumquat and citrus blossom. Lemongrass, pea shoots and honeydew add freshness on the nose, while the palate brings lemon zest and white peach, lifted by lively acidity and a lingering mineral finish.
