Lake Chalice, "The Nest" Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc made from grapes sourced from selected vineyards in Marlborough's Dillons Point sub region. This dry wine is machine harvested at night for optimal freshness and fermented in stainless steel. It boasts a clear, bright appearance and a bouquet of apricot, Cape gooseberry, and grapefruit. The crisp citrus flavors are complemented by tropical notes and a medium bodied acidity, making it a versatile wine to enjoy now or cellar for up to 3 years.
