Deep garnet in color, this PATRIMONY Cabernet Sauvignon unfolds with enchanting aromas of red currant, preserved cherries, plum, fresh tobacco leaf, star anise, lavender, sagebrush, and a subtle minerality. The palate is richly layered, revealing bold flavors of cherries, blueberries, spices, smoked meats, and dark chocolate. Its impeccable mouthfeel, defined by well-balanced tannins, subtle acidity, and integrated oak, culminates in a long, triumphant finish.
An extended ripening period has yielded one of the most refined expressions of PATRIMONY Cabernet Sauvignon to date, preserving the wine's freshness while allowing for exceptional tannin development. The nose offers a complex, multi-dimensional array of chocolate, cooked blackberries, violets, cedar, and cigar box, while a distinctive crushed stone minerality on the palate adds a dimension seldom found in New World wines.
