This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine, sourced entirely from our M-Bar Ranch Oakville vineyard, showcases the excellent balance of the Cabernet Sauvignon varietal with the unique microclimate, soil, and terroir of M-Bar Ranch. Stylistically, this wine offers elegance and depth with red fruit balanced by herbal and earth notes and an exceptionally long finish.  Our favorite Cabernet of 2025!

Tasting Notes

This is a beautifully structured, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon that leads with a dark, opaque ruby color in the glass.

On the nose, it immediately shows intense, concentrated aromas of ripe black plum, blackberry compote, and dark cherries, layered over sweet baking spices, clove, and warm coffee bean.

On the palate, the wine is rich and plush, offering an immediately accessible, pleasurable mouthfeel driven by velvety, finely integrated tannins. It strikes a remarkable balance between powerful dark fruit density and elegant lift, showcasing a distinctly savory, gravelly minerality—reminiscent of classic "Rutherford dust"—before wrapping up with a long, smooth finish accented by notes of cocoa and mocha.
