Brewer-Clifton Machado Pinot Noir 2022

This wine is made entirely from estate-grown pinot noir sourced from three vineyards in the AVA. These vineyards - 3D, Machado, and Acin - all contribute to creating a wine that showcases the unique qualities of our growing area. It is characterized by a strong drive, richness, and pedigree, complemented by the fruit's purity and a firm structure - all of which are hallmarks of Brewer - Clifton.

This pinot noir maintains the purity of fruit and a solid, savory structure through a delicate balance of aromas such as pomegranate, white tea, and raspberry, and flavors of dried fig, white truffle, and cherry. It is sealed with a cork and has an alcohol content of 13.5%. This wine pairs well with grilled beef, duck breast with fig sauce, and risotto. Our philosophy for pinot noir is to let the vineyard speak for itself, removing any trace of the winemaker's influence.
