VINEYARDS

We believe great wines are made in the vineyard and are committed to farming sustainably and naturally to preserve these properties for the long term. We are certified Napa Green at our Rutherford winery and vineyard. In 2019, all six of our estate vineyards were certified Fish Friendly Farming, as part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability.

VINTAGE

In 2023, Napa Valley experienced one of the longest growing seasons in over a decade. Winter and spring rains led to full reservoirs and healthy, saturated soils; ideal conditions as grape growers headed into bud break. The mild, warm summer weather supported healthy canopy growth through bloom and set. Relatively cool weather throughout the growing season in tandem with an abundance of sunshine allowed grape skins to ripen slowly. 2023 is an exceptional, high-quality, memorable vintage; winemakers describe the wines as having freshness, purity, and elegance overall.

TASTING

This beautiful and expressive wine with a tropical fruit nose immediately transports you to a warm and sunny paradise. The initial aromas of pineapple and kiwi are complemented by a zesty acidity that lends the wine a bright and crisp character. On the palate, the wine continues to impress with flavors of grapefruit and key lime creating a mouthwatering sensation.
