About This Wine
Designation: Franciacorta. Chardonnay 79,5%, Pinot Bianco 1,5%, Pinot Nero 19%. Vineyards: 175 Chardonnay plots (avg. 27 years) in Erbusco, Adro, Cazago San Martino, Corte Franca, Iseo, and Passirano; 8 Pinot Bianco plots (avg. 30 years) in Passirano; 45 Pinot Nero plots (avg. 20 years) in Erbusco, Provaglio d'Iseo, and Passirano. Blend: 76% 2021 vintage wines, 21% 2020 reserve wines, 3% 2019 reserve wines.
Vinification
Harvest had challenges, but grapes were high quality. Vinified with the Ca' del Bosco Method and aged for 2 years, the Franciacorta boasts exceptional flavors due to careful selection and assembly.
