This ensures your wine purchase is delivered to recipients of legal drinking age. Please note that while we work closely with our shipping partners to meet delivery timelines, shipping schedules are fluid and subject to unexpected delays. We only accept returns if we sent you the wrong wine.

Shipping to Senior Living and Retirement Communities: For seamless delivery, please ensure the full name of the senior living or retirement community is included in the address. This will help avoid delivery delays and ensure your wine order arrives without issues.

Wine Substitutions: For bottles priced under $20, we may substitute your wine with a comparable vintage from the same wine. If you require a specific vintage for a wine, please contact us before placing your order.

Same-Day Processing: Orders received by 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We do not ship on Fridays in the summer.
