The vintage mannequins exuded style and charisma, a stark contrast to their modern counterparts. Just like the mannequins depicted on the label, Orin Swift's Chardonnay vineyards possess their own individual qualities - whether it be the soil, a weathered gate, or even the neighboring dove hunters. From the sweeping heights of Stagecoach Vineyard to the cool climate of Sonoma Carneros, we allow our Chardonnay grapes to bask in the sun until they develop a luscious golden hue. After hand-selecting each one, they are meticulously crafted into a blend and fermented in a mixture of fresh and aged French oak barrels. Each resulting lot possesses its own unique aroma and taste, but when combined, they create something entirely new - much like the assortment of mannequins featured on the bottle. The nose is greeted by opulent scents of Meyer lemon, honeydew, butterscotch, and honeysuckle.
