About This Wine
The 2022 Clio was expertly crafted using a blend of 70% Monastrell and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. It underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks with neutral yeasts and was aged for 23 months in new French and American oak barrels. Despite the use of oak, the wine maintains a balanced level of spiciness and smokiness, along with notes of ripe berries and aromatic herbs. With a full-bodied profile and 15% alcohol content, it boasts a pH of 3.62 and 5.7 grams of acidity, while retaining three grams of residual sugar. The result is a ripe and luscious wine, complemented by well-integrated, fine-grained tannins. A limited production of 46,500 bottles was created.
