A $5.99 adult signature fee is required for all wine shipments to ensure delivery to individuals of legal drinking age. We coordinate closely with our shipping partners to deliver your wine on time, but please note that shipping timelines may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other unforeseen delays.

Senior Living & Retirement Communities
If shipping to a senior living or retirement community, please include the full name of the facility in the shipping address. This helps ensure seamless delivery and avoids unnecessary delays.

Wine Substitutions
For wines priced under $25, we may substitute a comparable vintage of the same wine if the exact vintage is unavailable. If you need a specific vintage, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll confirm availability.

Same-Day Order Processing
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Summer Shipping: To protect wine integrity during warm months, we do not ship on Fridays.

Returns
We only accept returns if we shipped the incorrect wine.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
