About This Wine
Established in 1999 and situated in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Trump Winery boasts a 1,300-acre estate located just a few miles from Thomas Jefferson's Monticello and James Monroe's Ashlawn-Highland in Charlottesville, VA. Spanning nearly 200 acres, this Virginia winery primarily grows French vinifera varieties and is currently Virginia's largest vineyard. Opened in 2011, Trump Winery features state-of-the-art winemaking facilities with over 50,000 square feet of space, 100,000 gallon tank capacity, and a 750 barrel cave for producing sparkling, white, and red wines. As one of over 260 wineries in Virginia, we are honored to continue the state's long tradition of winemaking, dating back to the Jamestown settlement in 1607. Virginia currently ranks 5th in total wine production in the United States.
