Orders will ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Please read our policies below:

• We have a 2-day handling time and standard is 1 to 5 Day Ground Shipping. 
• There is a $5.99 fee for the adult signature requirement on wine sales. Our Adult Signature Verification guarantees that your wine purchase reaches only responsible, of-age recipients, fostering a culture of responsible enjoyment.
• If no one is available to accept your shipment, you may be liable for the costs to reship the order.
• During extreme weather, we cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your merchandise upon delivery.
• Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes to the buyer in the state of Virginia. Therefore, Virginia sales tax is applied to the order.
