Shipping Policy

Your wine is valuable, and we take exceptional care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.


Carriers & Delivery Times

• Orders ship via FedEx or UPS Ground.
• Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.
• Ground shipping typically takes 1–5 business days depending on destination.


Extreme Temperature Disclaimer

Wine is sensitive to extreme heat and cold. If your delivery area is experiencing extreme temperatures, please contact us to request a shipment hold.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures, including heat exposure or freezing, whether during transit or after delivery.


Free Shipping – First Case at $299+

• Free shipping applies to your first case only on orders totaling $299 or more.
• Additional cases or qualifying orders beyond the first case may incur standard shipping charges.

Shipping Rates for Orders Under $299

• Orders under $299 are charged real-time carrier rates at checkout.
• Rates vary based on weight, destination, and seasonality.


Adult Signature Requirement

• A $5.99 adult signature fee applies to all wine shipments.
• Delivery requires a recipient 21 years of age or older.
• If no one is available to sign, additional delivery or reshipment fees may apply.


Senior Living & Retirement Communities

If shipping to a senior living or retirement facility, please include the full facility name to avoid delivery delays.


Wine Substitutions

• Wines priced under $25 may vary by vintage.
• If the listed vintage is unavailable, we may substitute a comparable vintage of the same wine.
• If a specific vintage is required, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.


Order Processing

• Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.
• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• During summer months, we do not ship on Fridays to protect wine quality.


Returns

• Returns are accepted only if an incorrect item was shipped.
• All other wine sales are final in accordance with alcohol regulations.


Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
