Hand-picked early morning for fresh, delicate flavors. Cold soaked to enhance color and flavor. Small open top tank fermentation with twice daily punch downs. Aged 11 months in French oak barrels. Brilliant crimson in color. Aromas of berry pie, lavender, and vanilla. Palate has flavors of wild blueberry, raspberry, and cherry with undertones of roasted hazelnut. Sophisticated finish.
