This Cabernet emerges under the relaunched label Prati by Louis M. Martini, which replaces what was formerly marketed simply as Louis M. Martini Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon. The name “Prati” (Italian for “meadow”) both honors the Martini family’s Italian immigrant heritage and the meadow-like vineyard terrain in Sonoma. In the glass you’ll find ripe dark-fruit character—blackberry and plum—wrapped in warm vanilla and subtle spice. Plush textures meet balanced structure, making it approachable now yet enjoyable if held a bit.
