The Experience

This Crémant pours a beautiful, pale straw-yellow with a lively, persistent stream of fine bubbles. The nose opens with an inviting bouquet of fresh green apples, ripe pears, and sliced citrus, underscored by delicate floral notes of jasmine and a rich, comforting layer of fresh brioche and buttery croissant.

On the palate, it delivers a crisp, energetic attack. The mousse is tingly and refined, carrying bright flavors of Granny Smith apple and lemon zest alongside subtler touches of red currant and wild honey. There is a weightier, beautifully dry mid-palate accented by notes of toasted almonds and wet stone minerality. Driven by a vibrant vein of acidity, it transitions into a long, clean, and savory finish that leaves a refreshing impression of toasted pastry and citrus peel.
