About This Wine
Pinot Grigio is known for its small bunches of rust-colored, almost brownish grapes and a soft, delicate palate. Its gentle and delicate flavor profile makes it an ideal pairing for asparagus, fish, and delicate meats. These grapes are grown on hillside vineyards in Girlan, situated at 450-500 meters above sea level, and benefit from well-aired and mineral-rich soil due to ice age sedimentation. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully placed in small containers to avoid any damage. After gentle pressing and natural clarification of the must, it undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and ages on the lees in the same tanks.
