Altagracia, named for Bart Araujo’s grandmother, mirrors the Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon in vinification. It represents the Eastern Eisele Vineyard parcels, supplemented with grapes from contracted Napa Valley vineyards, farmed to our standards. A Napa Valley Proprietary Red, it’s both age-worthy and approachable when young.
Tasting Notes
The 2021 Eisele Vineyard Altagracia Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, age-worthy red blend from Napa Valley with vibrant fruit flavors and earthy, spicy layers. Sourced primarily from the eastern parcels of the Eisele Vineyard, the 2021 vintage benefited from excellent ripening conditions that produced concentrated flavors and fine tannins. The grapes are certified organic and biodynamic.
