As well-known for its taste as its striking color, Cheurlin Rosé de Saignée is made with the highly-regarded "de saignee" method of the Old World. This rare and sophisticated rosé boasts a medium pink hue with hints of salmon and amber. The effervescence is dense and long-lasting, with fine bubbles. On the nose, scents of refined red berry and soft yeast give way to rose petal and violet aromas. The palate is smooth and delectable, with a complexity of floral and ripe red fruit notes. A full texture leads to a medium-bodied finish that is delicate, lively, and marked by floral and fruity tones. During production, primary fermentation occurs in controlled stainless-steel vats, followed by aging in a carefully monitored chamber.
