We have carefully selected Chardonnay grapes from our Long Valley Vineyard, known for their crisp acidity and bright fruit character, to create a sparkling wine that is both refreshing and elegant.
An early harvest allowed high acidity and low alcohol to occur naturally. The secondary fermentation has allowed us to capture the essence of the varietal while imparting a delightful effervescence. It has a delicate and fresh aroma of green apple, pear, and citrus fruits. Crisp and lively acidity that tingles the palate, creating a refreshing sensation with balanced sweetness, typically on the drier side, allowing the fruit character to shine.
