About This Wine
This wine is the result of a collaboration between the Gil family and renowned enologist Chris Ringland, using very old Monastrell and Cabernet vines. The grapes are sourced from 12 Ha (29.65 acres) of Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards and 32 Ha (79 acres) of Monastrell with a low yield. Harvested with care in small baskets to avoid bruising, the best bunches are selected at triage tables. The wine then matures for 24 months in French and American new oak barrels, resulting in a complex flavor profile.
