The De Stefani Prosecco 0.15 Millesimato Extra Dry is a lively, food-friendly sparkling wine from Italy's Veneto region. Its name refers to a unique production method involving chilling the must (unfermented juice) to 0°C before fermenting it at 15°C, which intensifies the wine's fragrant, fruity notes. 

Tasting Notes

On the palate, it is harmonious and refreshing with a balanced acidity. The finish is smooth and inviting, offering medium body and a distinct personality.  The "Extra Dry" classification is a sweetness level that, for Prosecco, means it's slightly sweeter than "Brut." It has between 12 and 17 grams of residual sugar per liter, which is balanced by the wine's fresh, crisp acidity.
