This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is exceptional, displaying the robust qualities of a wine twice its cost. Its tannins are soft and rounded, while the fruit is powerfully explosive. This blend is predominantly 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 16% Merlot and 2% Petit Verdot, aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. Its deep, opaque purple color exudes aromas of ripe fruits, including black cherry, blackberries, as well as hints of licorice and graphite. The mouthfeel is velvety smooth, with a fusion of cherry, dark berry, mineral, and toasty oak flavors. The finish is long-lasting and satisfying.
