This Champagne boasts a refined and fragrant bouquet, reminiscent of juicy white peaches. A touch of spice introduces a robust and intricate palate. A sophisticated and complex Champagne with a distinctive quince jelly note. Perfect as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with white meats, rolled fish fillets, and Chaource cheese. Blend: 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, 10% Meunier.
