With its rich ruby hue and hints of purple, the 2023 Promis is a tantalizing blend of wild fruits - think juicy raspberries, succulent black currants, and plump blueberries. As it tantalizes your senses, the nose picks up notes of pink peppercorns and licorice, while the medium-bodied wine boasts velvety tannins and a refreshing acidity. A burst of aromatic herbs gives way to luscious blackberry and black cherry flavors, rounded off with a savory hint of olive.
