Wine Substitutions: For bottles priced under $20, we may substitute your wine with a comparable vintage from the same wine. If you require a specific vintage for a wine, please contact us before placing your order.

Same-Day Processing: Orders received by 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We do not ship on Fridays in the summer.

Cancellation Policy: A 10% restocking fee applies to cancelled orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
