The Prisoner Wine Company Saldo Shiraz Red Wine

The new Saldo Shiraz has the same look and feel one would expect from the SALDO portfolio. The winemakers scoured the world for the most intriguing grapes and sourced them from some of South Australia's finest regions. The Mediterranean climate and alluvial soils yielded one of our most complexly layered wines while maintaining the approachability and balanced acidity that makes SALDO stand out. The wine is comprised of 95% Shiraz and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The crushed herbs produce flavors of blackberry, blueberry and black currant with hints of cocoa and vanilla.
